House Pillay is situated in The Hills Game Reserve Lifestyle Estate, an upmarket residential estate in Pretoria East.
The project involved a major renovation of the existing house, including a new 88sqm addition, transforming the house into a modern and luxurious home. The renovation included structural changes, interior design updates and landscaping improvements.
The structural changes were made to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the house. These changes included a brand new stairway position, pyjama lounge, bar area, an extra 2 car garage for our sports car enthusiast client and a enclosed veranda which includes the most beautiful views.

Before and After
Another proposal completed in 2022. This time the proposal was to enlarge the master bedroom, too add additional sqm's on the Ground Floor, which includes a guest room with its ensuite bathroom and a sauna, as well as enclose the top veranda and add a fence and gate which will compliment the house.
